5 week program • May 14, 21, June 4, 11, 18

Group art therapy sessions for youth to explore feelings, express themselves creatively, and learn healthy coping skills

Blue Mountains Public Library • 4:00 - 5:30pm

Expressive arts therapy supports emotional expression, regulation, and connection when words are hard to find. Through creative expression and psychoeducation, youth will learn about the impact of trauma on the brain and body, develop healthy coping strategies, and begin to process their experiences in a gentle, developmentally appropriate way.

We invite you to take the first step toward healing by joining this engaging and supportive program, where creativity becomes a pathway to resilience and growth.
